REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have selected the right style and size. Therefore, we suggest if there is any uncertainty on a size etc to contact us. A replacement for wrong size or style can be organised at the customer expense of shipping. A replacement/exchange will only occur once the item is returned.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, please email us.

Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. 

In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued. 

ORDERS

Once an order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order. 

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or replacements on sale items. 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with your return. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
